FAQ

  • I typically book projects 4-6 weeks in advance, but I am occasionally able to take on more urgent projects. Be sure to enquire via the contact form to learn more about my current availability.

  • I collect a retainer of 50% of your total project fee at time of booking to secure your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is due at the end of your project, before the final assets are handed over.

  • Web design services do not include the fee charged by Squarespace or Shopify for a domain name or hosting. The domain name and a subscription to either of these platforms will need to be purchased before the site is built.
